Transportation
Airport: Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE)
Transportation to and from the airport is available through the planning of our host union, Greater Cleveland. Note that you should be prepared to tip the driver for their services.
Instructions Upon Arrival:
Call (216) 309-1150. Please leave a detailed message, include your name, union name, airline arrival, airline departure, and a call-back number. The cost for one- way trip transportation is $35.00. Your call will be returned within 24 hours with a confirmation.

Hotel InformationSpecial rates have been arranged at the following hotel:
• The Westin Cleveland Downtown: 777 St Clair Ave NE, Cleveland, OH 44114 for $179 per room/per night + 17.5% tax ($210.32 total per night) • An incidental amount of $89.50 per night will be held in addition to the nightly room rate. It is recommended to use a credit card instead of a debit card, as funds will be held for the duration of your stay. • The hotel does not accept cash as a method of payment for guest sleeping rooms. Guests can pay for their room charges with cash upon check-out, but a debit or credit card will still be required for the incidental hold upon check-in. • Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. • Complimentary guest room Wi-fi Anyone needing an overnight stay to Saturday, April 26, you should book your reservation through Friday, April 25. Submit an email to [email protected] noting that you need a Friday night to Saturday stay at the group rate. We will assist you in adding the extra night to your reservation. This offer is good from April 21-27, 2025, the rate is for Prices includes the rental, delivery and pick up plus tax with no additional fees. Price is the same for Standard & heavy-duty scooters.
$39.00 PER DAY PER RESERVATION (includes tax) NOTE: When you order, please be honest about your weight. This will help avoid damage to the scooters and yourself. Scooters will be delivered to the hotel lobby with your name on the scooter. Do not remove your name tag. each person will be responsible for any damage to the scooter that may incurred.
